We are very disappointed with Coastal Mechanical Contractors. They did fix our issue, but they charged us for time that was spent on other jobs, and charged us for so many man hours when one of the workers helping looked like he was pretty much just standing there watching almost the entire time. We requested an itemized bill, and they haven't gotten that to us yet. Not giving your customer a break down of the work you did is ridiculous. They did give a partial refund for the extra hours, but we still felt like we got ripped... read more
