I wanted to share how much I loved the Coastal mattress I sleep o while at my friends house in Naples, Fl I thought I purchased the perfect mattress from Mattress Firm. come to find out it does not do my back any good. I have a four fusion in my back and a fusions in my neck. I don’t have it paid for and right now don’t have the money to replace. Left old mattress behind my trash can. Phone disconnected. Store closed . My contract says old mattress was to be removed. There is no debris at my house. I have my receipt that says old mattress to be removed. You can make it right by refunding the $100 I was charged to have it removed before my renters arrived.

I purchased from this company many years under different owner and found it under new ownership when I went to make another purchase. Owner came to deliver mattress and broke a bedside lamp while doing so and failed to acknowledge he did. Went to the place of business after he left and he cursed at me and still refused to acknowledge he had broken the lamp. He tossed my lamp out on the street and shoved me so Police were called. Great company! Bought two mattresses for my house from them. From the minute I met the owners I was appreciative of their honesty and recommendations. I had one of the mattresses that they had in stock at my house that week and the old one removed with the purchase price. This is not a chain business trying to get one over on you and sell you stuff you don't need like frames and box springs. They are there to honestly help the customer. I have purchased 4 mattresses from Coastal Mattress. They are wonderful to work with and provide excellent service. We had a very tight schedule and they were willing to make adjustments to. deliver what we needed.
