Paid thousands in deposit for boat transport that never happened. Company sent their driver from FL to MI, claimed the boat specs didn't match their requirements, but kept the deposit despite providing no service. Multiple attempts to resolve the situation were ignored. They had my money for months with zero services rendered. Unprofessional behavior and poor business practices. I recommend using a different transport company that stands behind their commitments.
Patrick handled our boat move with White Glove service. He arrived early, explained what he was going to do, asked for questions, then did the move flawlessly. When your marina who doesn't recommend shippers due to past experiences says; "I'm glad you found this guy, we finally have a shipper to recommend with confidence.", you know this is a professional operation. Thank you for the great service!!!
Charged way more than quoted and did a terrible job cleaning my boat. I gave her a chance trying to help her out. Never again.
Just had my 38’ boat transported across the country. These guys are amazing! First class all the way, from Andrea on the phones to Dustin on the transport. Don’t use anybody else, these guys have great people, great equipment, and know their business!
