we bought this riding mower they delivered it my house we used it a small area and parked it. The next day not even 24hrs ,started it up did not engage in forward nor reverse. I notified boss by phone the problem they said they were coming to my home after close end of business, they never came. I went in person spoke with the boss man again he promised to come by after work on way home to come look at it. Terrible no communication, I dropped off a stihl weedeater that was running just wouldn’t idle, it was there for 4 months sat outside in the weather then I was told it was not repairable. Only good thing I can say is He didn’t charge me !
Terrible customer service went in not running came out not running thanks for nothing. Waste of time and money.
Didn't do where he said he was going to do.
