Coastal Marine’s service department really stands out! Even though we didn’t buy your boat from them, Scott and his crew have been fantastic with maintenance and repairs. It’s always nice to find a trusted service provider, especially when they go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
Im from NC and have bought 2 boats from Coastal Marine. Very happy with both purchases and Scott has always done me right. I never leave reviews, but had to post one for them because they have actually done everything I have asked, which is a rare find these days.
Had a great experience purchasing a boat at Coastal Marine. David was incredibly helpful and great to work with. All of the staff were very friendly, and their knowledge really stood out. They weren’t pushy at all—you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I noticed there are some negative reviews about financing, but it’s important to understand that financing is handled through a third‑party lending agency and isn’t something Coastal Marine controls.
