Just had a wonderful customer service experience with Ash and Paul, I’ve been trying to get a tungsten/gold ring laser engraved, unfortunately Paul doesn’t have the specific attachment to do the job but stayed on the call for 10mins longer providing alternative service providers which was above and beyond when he wasn’t going to make a sale. Will be getting a memorial plaque done through them now though. I’ll update this review on product once bought, but if the product is half as good as the service I will be over the moon.
We had some engraving done with Paulie at this business, can’t recommend him enough! His work was exceptional, efficient and so reasonably priced. As well as that, the service was wonderful, he’s one the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
