Update: Thank you again for re-doing my nails. They were absolutely amazing and lasted a really long time. Chi is amazing and she takes such care with my nails, making sure my nails are strong and durable. I only trust you guys with my nails! I absolutely enjoy coming to get my nails each time. Thank You! This place is a scam, stay away from it!! I went for a waxing, waited 20 mins in the room although they told me "right away" , the service was very low quality and at the end they charged +$18 extra because they said "it depends on the client" - although I had nothing special or extra. they just look at you if you have money or not and try to ripp you off!! There are other good options on the area. First and last time there!

I have been here 2 times and came back for a third because I thought the service and the prices were good. This last time they rushed through the whole mani/pedi even though I had an appointment. My technician packed up and left for the day while I was waiting for my pedicure to dry. 2 days, after I noticed a bunch of air bubbles forming in my manicure and I noticed that parts of my old polish was still showing on my toes.
