Ordered bark from them in December 2024, got it delivered on the driveway. Following day I started moving the bark and noticed termites in the bark.... sent them a message including photos with no response, called their office after the break and was promised that someone will call me..... still no response a couple of days later. Waiting for back order of stones to be delivered but would be very worried about ordering anything from them that could contain termites as it seems like their product may be invested.
Andrew and the team were super helpful with advice and also service. They went above and beyond to help when there was an issue with my trailer. Product was amazing. I’ll definitely be using these guys again.
These guys are always welcoming, nothing is a hassle and they always have the time for you. They are happy to supply bulka bags and dont keep you waiting. One of the best landscaping supplies that have amazing service, great value and a good range. If the weather is bad and they may not be open give them a call and they may even pop in to open for a good order. They will go the extra mile for you !
