I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Coastal Knot! Mattea was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and pulled a beautiful selection of dresses for me to try on. She and the rest of the staff made the entire process feel so special and stress-free. I walked out of there feeling confident that I had found my perfect dress. Highly, highly recommend!

I got my dress from the Raleigh location and had a wonderful experience. The manager, Stephanie was the one who helped me. I gave her my budget and shared a couple details of what i was looking for and she pulled great options out the gate. As a curvier woman, the anxiety of dress shopping was high but Stephanie and the other her girls made the experience a perfect one. I love my dress! Also Coastal Knot has their own line of dresses that should be checked out.

Unfortunately the experience shared by other brides was not the experience my daughter had while shopping at the Raleigh location. Her consultant was inattentive and made no effort to engage with the bride or her family. She clearly did not listen to the bride and her entire vibe was - get her in some dresses, let her look at them, offer no advice and make it so uncomfortable that the bride and her family leave before the hour was up. Coastal Knot, please do better training your staff.

Let me just tell you about this place. I don’t ever write reviews but felt like I needed to. After going to five different places and trying on around 75 dresses, I felt super discouraged and overwhelmed. I ended up finding this bridal salon and thought I’d give it one last try. Do not wast your time. They clearly only cater to a certain type of bride. I had an appointment and brought my mother and grandmother. We were the only customers there at that time. My consultant did not introduce herself to my guests, repeatedly pulled dresses that weren’t my style and size, and did not engage AT ALL during my appointment.
