My experience here was really disappointing. The associate seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and didn’t pull styles that matched what I described. When I asked to try on more dresses, she said, “I think that’s about it for you,” even though my appointment wasn’t close to being over. My friends also noticed her and another staff member whispering about us, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I had such a great experience at Coastal Knot with Mattea! She has such a warm, calm presence that made the process enjoyable. She was never pushy, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase which really stood out compared to other stores I visited.
I had a perfect experience with Coastal Knot! After a few weeks of searching, I booked an appointment with Coastal Knot online. When I arrived, Mattea had clearly read/understood my form perfectly! She'd pulled the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen - all within my budget! I bought my dress shortly thereafter and couldn't be happier. The inside of the boutique is sleek and modern, but still comfortable and welcoming. This is a special place for sure!
I found my dress at Coastal Knot with help from Karen! She was amazing and helped me decide what I liked and what fit my style throughout the appointment. Karen was patient, kind, and was very good at picking dresses off of the feedback I provided.
I had such an amazing experience with the whole Coastal Knot team in Raleigh! Both my sister and I purchased our wedding dresses from here! Mattea helped me find my dress and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was so warm, fun, and really understood what I was looking for in a dress.
