We are extremely disappointed in our experience with Coastal Kids. We expressed concern over our infant’s head shape for months and each time we were told to “watch a wait” or “try these exercises” and were given no further information about our concerns. For months we did as we were advised by the pediatricians and saw no improvement, so we sought out an outside second opinion and learned she had severe plagiocephaly. My wife took my son in for a "wellness" visit a few days ago with a PA. Everyone was pleasant and ready to assist them with any concerns my family had. I would give you all 5 stars for your friendly reception by the staff and provider but in good conscience I cannot.
