Our family has been coming to Coastal Kids for a year and a half, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. We’ve been to several Coastal Kids locations because, as a patient, you don’t really get to stay with one office—you end up taking whichever branch has the next available appointment. Sadly, the experience has been the same everywhere. The biggest frustration is how difficult they make even the simplest things. Appointments are hard to get, reaching someone by phone is frustrating, and the patient portal is unnecessarily complicated. Every interaction seems to require more time and effort than it should. Excellent service. Very happy, doctor Lien at Newport is kind and knows her stuffs. She even gift us the congestion to our baby, help him to breathe normal again.
The PA and all staff are incredibly kind and listen to us as patient/parent.
