This was the worst customer service experience. Over the passed month I have called over 4 different times and left messages, as well as emailed multiple times to get my insurance cards input and my child's dental work scheduled after his cleaning. When I finally got someone on the phone and I explained my situation the employee simply asked, "Are you looking to reschedule or schedule?". Always accommodating and easy process when visiting with them. Super glad for their patience as 4 of my kiddos are neurodivergent two being on the spectrum and get very anxious and scared about the dentist visits. But I’m thankful for staff that’s patient and really knows how to get their attention even when freaking out. And I couldn’t have imagined a more fun set up to distract the kids. You wouldn’t even know you stepped into a dentist office! ☺️
My daughter was charged for a service that was not performed. I have called the office 7 times for a refund but have not gotten a response after leaving numerous messages. This place used to be good, but not anymore.
