I have had a policy with these bozos for 3 years and we are talking zero customer service. Not only do they not answer their phones.. ever but their website is a dumpster fire. I got an email to pay my premium, clicked the link and copied and pasted the policy number from their email and their website says that it cant find my policy number. tried typing it in tried everything i could think of still no go.
