I have stayed in this hotel many times. Randy, the Front desk person is great. He is always very friendly and helpful when needed.
Warning, this location charges an upfront security deposit without telling guests in advance. We were told we could not stay if we did not pay it. Followed up with complaints that were long, drawn out and condescending. Very disappointed.
I love Randall. Give this man a raise. Otherwise, our bathroom sink was slow to drain, the porcelain in the bathtub was chipped. Good location, love that there's complimentary breakfast and a good restaurant nearby, along with shopping nearby.
