Working with Coastal has been an excellent experience. Ashley went above and beyond to find a place as close as possible to my home for the midline insertion and for antibiotics. Ashley was extraordinary. We need more healthcare workers like her. The staff at the Thibodaux facility was also top notch.
We did have a couple of truly very very minor issues in the beginning however Hunter with the management team did call and discuss them with us and got them straight the very same day. The initial setup experience was really truly awesome and the nurse that came out was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company.
We've had nothing but frustrations with this company from the start and I mean with really small simple requests such as sending a box of gloves instead of gloves shoved into bags for a man who gets IV infusions 3 x a day long term, asking that I bag full of IV medication with lines hanging are not all shoved into one bag and Tangled up into one big mess and simply dividing it into three bags where I can get it home and divide it further.
