this clinic don’t take homeless people, even if you inform them that you are living local to them. I have been trying for months to get an appointment with this clinic while in the process of moving from Melbourne to the central coast, currently living in a car local to the clinic. I sent them my grandmas address which is in NSW & they still rejected me. I am very sick with autoimmune problems, very in need of an immunologist, very in need of help, and nobody seems to care purely because I don’t have a fixed address.
I found the reception staff to be amazing and the nurses Alice who did all my testing to be thoroughly well presented and knowledgeable. Professor Reeves explained everything to me I found him to be most professional and caring, thank you for taking such great care of me.
Dr Reeves is a wonderful doctor - he is thorough, listens, is kind and gives great explanations of what is going on with a holistic perspective. The staff at Coastal Immunology are always helpful, kind and professional.
I am reposting this review as I discovered a dishonest response from the ""owner"to my initial post saying that my son didnt give consent for me to act on his behalf and thus it was against government law for them to allow me to act on his behalf. I have worked for public health for over 20 years and as such am aware of government guidelines to do with consent. Don't go here if you have a Post-viral illness. Glenn Reeves hasn't kept up to date with these types of illnesses. He even promotes "Graded exercise therapy", which has been found to cause further harm to the health of Post viral patients. Don't waste your money, just to receive gaslighting from a so called "specialist".
