These folks took the time to look up my parts and then put hands on them before I came over. Very courteous and professional.
Just called this place because my ice machine has a leak, and their sticker is on it to call for repair. I went to their website to confirm they were still an active business, and one of the taglines on their site is, "When you buy or lease from Coastal you are a customer for life!" Well, apparently life is short because the receptionist very flippantly told me they hadn't been to our location since 2006, so OBVIOUSLY we've had someone else working on our machine. You won't find more nice and helpful people anywhere.. This is one of the easiest purchases I've ever made. I bought a "sight unseen" used ice machine, they happily took the time to send many pictures of the machine I requested.. After I said I'll take it, they went through it and checked out everything. They even slapped a new door on the machine and some water line I couldn't get..
