HORRENDOUS treatment. The front desk let's you know they don't care and one of the older therpists- Tricia- was very curt and rude. It was SO obvious she has ZERO interest in her field. Overall, this practice should just pack it up.
Management in the Youth Shelter is extremely unprofessional. The Communication from Management is confusing and not effective. Often times directives are not clear or changing so frequently that the team as a whole is never on the same page. If you enjoy being micro managed and often talked to down to then you should definitely submit your resume...they are always hiring!
