5 Stars We've been using Coastal Cleaners for over a month now, and they've been fantastic! They are always responsive, friendly, and do an excellent job every time they clean our home. One of the biggest benefits has been getting my time back. It's such a relief not having to build cleaning into my already busy schedule, and it's been well worth it. This company feels impossible to reach. I’ve placed multiple phone calls and left messages, sent emails, etc. Not sure what’s going on or if they’re overbooked and understaffed. They came highly recommended, but I have yet to hear back a week after requesting a house cleaning/estimate.
Great experience! Highly organized business with skilled administrator and cleaners. Excellent communication throughout and so nice to deal with. My house was spotless at the end.
