We have been renting in Santa Barbara for the past 16 summers, and I have never had problems like we did with our rental in 2020 summer. First we rented with Coastal Hideaways and they rented us a house that was infested with rats, filthy dirty, messy, many broken items, dirty pool with untreated green water, and backyard with garbage.
