I rarely leave reviews, but I had an awful experience with a teller here, then I went to the other coastal heritage around the corner, and they remedied the situation immediately in an extremely courteous manner.
They are really nice and friendly
Worst bank. Every single teller there gives you a dirty look. Im moving banks. So disappointed and disrespectful
Apparently you need an account to do literally anything here. Can't exchange coins without an account. I was turned away with no option to exchange with a fee. Employees don't wear masks in case anyone is wondering. Rude as can be. I certainly don't ever intend on opening an account here based off of this interaction.
