I switched my warranty service request to this company because they were able to fit me into their schedule sooner than my originally assigned company. I couldn't wait a week in this hot weather being pregnant and having 2 young kids at home. David was able to stop by today, 2 days a head of schedule. He fixed my AC within the hour. I am so thankful and appreciative. Coastal mechanical will always be my first choice.

Excellent service
The quality of work is phenomenal. But the company does not care for their technicians whatsoever. I called to let them know that their technician wasn’t doing well. He was gasping for air, and had to lay on our floor in front of the fan multiple times. I gave him cold water and offered him food. It’s totally understandable, because we’ve been under a heat advisory. No telling how hot that attic is. But the company owner did not care.
