All issue I had with Coastal Hearing and Balance have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Happy now with the service and hearing aids definitely recommend them.
Hearing aids came in last week after more than 10 days. They made an appointment for Monday the following week. On the day of the appointment they called and canceled the appointment. I have already paid for the hearing aids. They say they want to make another appointment. When I had my appointment to purchase the hearing aids I showed up at the time I was told to and they say they didn't know I was coming. Very unprofessional.
I had a hearing test in July that was the first appointment! The second appointment I was there for 2 hours for them to tell me that the computer is down!! As of this day still waiting on my hearing aids!! And I never seen a Dr office only open on Tuesday!!
