Darcy is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and always wanting to see his clients at their best physical health!
I’ve been seeing Darcy for well over 5 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Having chronic pain with not many answers is hard, but having Darcy in my corner from back and forth with specialists or helping fix/maintain pain and issues, I feel so supported and reassured. Thanks Darcy!
Our 16 year old son, who has physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as Autism, recently dislocated his knee and we have been seeing Darcy to assist with recovery and strengthening. Darcy is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He is so good with our son, and has made the process much easier. The gym facilities are fantastic (quality equipment, quiet and friendly). Our son feels very proud of himself after a session with Darcy, and is getting stronger and more confident in his body. Highly recommend!
Very professionally run practice . The practitioner has very extensive knowledge in the field of exercise physiology and puts this knowledge to use with the utmost care and attention necessary for each individual case .
