Diagnosed w Kidney Stone at local hospital. (Medi-cal covered since it was ER room.) Referred to coastal healthcare office for follow up. Call on a Friday for an appointment, set to Tuesday. Their office was unable to validate my insurance, so I reach out to my insurance, Get a direct membership set up to allow any office that accepts Medi-Cal to see me, and wait for a further call back on their preferred referrals. I have NEVER seen.. well if you call 60 seconds no introduction and being accused of being a druggy. Ok everyone is cool I get in and nurse is sweet takes my vitals etx. Then here comes what I guess is God's gift to Urology in his head old Dr. Breton... Pops in and no Hello just straight to making the money. Dr. N. Bretan was very rude during my visit to the clinic.
June 2021 (still in Covid protocol) they are very careful and Absolutely professional. They do plenty of follow through calls to make sure you are aware of your appointment. Once you are there inside it's very clean and is ALOT bigger than it appears. The doctor I saw (for my knee) was very thorough and very attentive he listened to everything I had to say and did not leave any questions in unanswered.
