Excellent and professional work!
Mr Owen Thomas came to my home in Sechelt to look at the job. He was very polite and showed eagerness to do the job.He never opened the subject of his hourly rate.After he finished the job , I gave him an envelope with cash in it based on $30 per hour , which is the going rate for carpenters.I indicated on the envelope the hours worked x the hourly rate $30. I recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and moved into a house that needed a lot of work. Owen worked on my previous home in North Vancouver, including a substantial kitchen reno and many other updates throughout the entire house, often giving me design suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of myself. He is currently providing the same service for me here on the Coast and the transformation so far is awesome! I highly recommend Owen for any home improvement project!
Owen is terrific. No job too big or small. Great guy, fast worker, dependable and has expertise in just about anything I needed. Had him back 4 times now for different things.
