Nothing Special I'm sure that the therapy is fine, but it really seems that this office is disorganized. They seemed to always be behind with getting authorizations for therapy sessions from the insurance company and they seem to have a lot of billing issues as well. I think that the major reason that they get the amount of business that they do is because they are affiliated with a hand surgeon medical group, so they get all of the referrals. I definitely don't think they are anything special.
Great Office I found this office to be very helpful and efficient. Kristin and her staff got me in very quickly. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs therpay after their surgery.
