Dr. Gallo was my surgeon during Covid & continues to be my doctor today. Having surgery & an overnight stay in a hospital without a loved one is frightening but Dr. Gallo made me as comfortable as possible. Very understanding and reassuring!
I had an appointment for the Depo shot in May of this year. I was told that they switched over to Orlando Health and the new app but the receptionist didn't ask me for my health insurance card to re-scan into the system. I get a bill for the visit just a few days ago. I called the office and the receptionist lied and claimed she asked me for the health insurance card and I didn't have it on me. Since becoming part of Orland health they don't answer their phone EVER. It take over a week to get a call back. And after being told you need additional testing it takes over a month and multiple calls and still can get anything scheduled!
What is going on with this place? Everytime I call I get the voicemail and when I leave a voicemail, they never get back to me!!! How unprofessional!
