Gray & Tech recently installed new door hardware for us, and Joe went above and beyond to make a tricky install work for us. We are really impressed with the teams dedication and professionalism!

Shawn came in to fix my printer and stayed to make sure the printer was working properly. He was amazing and explained how and why my printer wasn't working. Shawn is very knowledgeable about his craft and is absolutely amazing!!!
My representative was John Lohr. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! As a daycare director my time is often limited but John stayed in contact with me while being patient and kind!! First impressions for me are everything! He took time to explain everything to me. Anytime I’ve called he always answers. The set up for the our printer was extremely easy and quick.
