It should have been such a simple transaction. A small piece of insulated glass that was shattered in the storm. It was estimated to be installed in 5 days after the order. Instead it is now over 30 days later. I have been lied to and outright ignored. Their employee Tony, should not be employed in any position where he deals with the public.
