James and his team from Coastal Glass showed the utmost professionalism when I sought their assistance in replacing a large bespoke window positioned in a challenging area. The team were efficient, polite and cleaned up after themselves. All communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend.
I’d give James and his team 10 stars if I could. Showed up to quote, ordered the product when he said he would and communicated timings throughout the whole process. When trades are sometimes difficult to lock in from quote through to Job completion, working with James was a breeze. Extremely happy with his service.
