Today had a very bad consumer experience. We bought this 12 month size outfit and washed it prior to putting on baby. The baby is 9 months old and 15 pounds. As you can see we could not put this around the baby’s neck because it is only 3 inches around the neck and 12 inches long for closure. Did not have the tags nor receipt. We have bought numerous items from this store. What we expected to get was a store credit for a defective item.
