HORRIBLE experience and lots of empty promises. Ms Kemp and Ms Johnson are terrible. Mrs Johnson was very disrespectful and got in my face and was very nasty. This place needs new staffing and people that actually care to help. Will be reaching higher ups regarding these two employees. To be an agency that helps people they are HORRIBLE and have disgusting attitudes. I am already in a situation where myself and children will be homeless in the next few days and because I did not have employment that very day they denied me. ... read more

These ppl do not want to help they give you the run around a million times they say they are going to call back and they never do. I filed a complaint with the inspector general and I'm going to contact congress as well. Those funds are to help the community and they are picking and choosing who they want to help and that's not their decision.

Tried to get help for a couple of my Hospice patients with utilities and was given the runaround. Was told To have them call on a specific day, which they did, and then they were told there was no funding. I was also told they could do a home visit for my homebound sick patients which they said they would do and never did! What a joke!
