My husband and I have worked with Beth for roughly a year to rectify a “simple” paperwork issue that we were assured would be taken care of quickly. Her lack of communication, lack of follow through & general unwillingness to help has set us behind many months. I do not recommend this business under any circumstances.
I would like to say I was not a direct client of Beth Hancock but my husband’s friend is. We had need of some very important information to proceed with a government case but never got anything. I spoke with Beth explaining how displeased I was with the level of incompetence and all she did was go on the defensive! Not one time did she try to rectify the problem! They dragged this out for weeks when it could’ve been done in a day or two. If this is how she handles all her cases then I feel very sorry for those in future.
This company is very knowledgeable and available to assist with your payroll, bookkeeping and accounting needs.
