Dr Adi Malhotra and his staff are exceptional!Dr Adi took time to explain my procedure and then to cover the results. He is very professional but also personable. His personality and positive attitude obviously positively impacts his staff! I would gladly recommend Dr. Malhotra to friends and family.BTW… that’s how I came to be a patient of Dr Malhotra; a good friend recommended him to me.
Dr. Malhotra and his office have been great. He takes time to answer any questions, describes issues/treatments in detail and provides a path forward very well. Highly recommend!
Physicians are great! I do not know her name, but there is a staff member at the Webster office who sits at the front desk and is amazing. She is always so nice and helpful. However, there is another staff member who sits to the far right (To the far right is where she has been sitting when I’ve been in). This particular staff member is younger than the one who is so fabulous. The two times I have been to the office to pick up a prescription she was extremely rude. I highly recommend seeing Coastal Gastroenterology! I had a great experience, the staff is beyond professional & helpful. I was unfortunately dealing with a parasite infection from August to November of 2023, I currently live in Nebraska & no doctor here could figure out what was wrong with me. I had lost 45 lbs, was skin & bones, couldn’t eat anything besides grilled proteins & veggies, was bloated 24/7, in pain, constant disziness… let’s just say I was in bad shape. Dr. Malhotra is one of my best doctors. He has a great bedside manner. Answers all questions you have, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. So glad he was my doctor while I was in the hospital.
