I have been trying for a couple of days to get an appointment but nobody answers the phone i have left a message but no call back not sure whats going on with this buisness.
I’m sharing this to inform other patients about a very concerning experience at Coastal Gastroenterology. My partner contacted the clinic to reschedule a procedure. After leaving a polite voicemail explaining her reasons, she received a return voicemail that said: “What a load of rubbish.” This comment was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.
