Reception staff are fantastic, not only were they able to help have my appointment around my work schedule, they were super friendly and kind. Catherine was beyond helpful kick starting my nutrition knowledge and helping me understand food and diet.
The team at Coastal Gastro are always so pleasant and friendly to deal with. I'm always greeted with a smile in person or on the phone and no qstn or query is ever too hard for them to follow up on. I was very anxious about being managed by a new team after my Gastro Specialist retired after 20 years of managing my disease but from the clinical nurses, to the reception team and of course Dr Amanda, so far I feel very confident and comfortable with the level of care I am receiving.
Receptionist NEVER available to receive calls. Told to leave a message that nobody returns. Poor receptionist service.
I was assigned Dr Amanda Thomas and was absolutely blown away with her bedside manner, communication and patient care. All my questions were answered thoughtfully and she gave me other suggestions and recommendations for my symptoms. The booking process via email and letters regarding prep and process was seamless. I would highly recommend Coastal and Dr Amanda
