Love my new furniture and accessories. The store is filled with many great pieces to give your home the Florida look. Whenever I go to Coastal Furniture, I have to walk slowly through the store a couple of times to see everything. I am always inspired and get many great ideas. The customer service is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, laid back and helpful. The delivery team took extra care to ensure the furniture arrived in pristine condition. I will definitely be back.
I was really excited to visit Coastal Furniture, eager to explore their offerings and find the perfect pieces for my home. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment due to the lack of assistance from the employees. When I asked to speak with the store manager, I found him to be quick-tempered and unhelpful, which completely turned me off from wanting to return. Overall, my experience was far from what I had hoped for.
