My boyfriend purchased a decor item as a gift. He explained that I am picky and asked if he could return it if I didn't like it. They said YES. We tried to return it 3 weeks later and they said NO. We didn't get back there immediately due to some issues at home, including a dying dog. We love Coastal! We have purchased several pieces and keep coming back! From the moment you walk in all the way to delivery every interaction is great and handled with care. They have incredibly helpful and kind people in the store, beautiful selections of furniture and art! Shoutout to Solomon for a fast and efficient delivery. The furniture we ordered arrived a couple weeks earlier than the original delivery date that was quoted, which we were pleased about. It was delivered promptly and looks really nice where we put it. We’re very pleased with the whole process.
