JD was quick to acknowledge me. Listened to my problem even though I suck at explaining things the right way. Gave me his info on instruction of what he would need from me to get an estimate together. As a disabled veteran and retired firefighter I struggle with certain communication issues verbally. I never felt for a moment I was wasting his time. He was very patient. Hope to be able to do business with him in the near future. Good man.
