They were honest and transparent, explaining everything that needed to be done, and were able to fix my vehicle over heating problems quickly, and I am driving my car again with confidence.
Very positive energy employees, good mechanics, knowledgeable and friendly.
Poor customer service, they seems to be not experts at all. They change the diagnose every day, at the phone sometimes they say something, being there they say something completely different, but when you ask about what they said at the phone then they deny been said that. I don't trust in this place. I had a really bad experience.
Services not performed and charged accidentally when queried were removed from bill, and some services completely forgotten, poor communication. I expect more at a dealer service department commensurate with the higher price. Staff seem like good people; I am guessing it is a structural issue. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
