I recently purchased a Ford Maverick hybrid from Coastal Ford in Burnaby. Brian Mui, one of the sales managers helped me with the purchase. I had to wait a while to get truck from Ford with certain specs, colours I wanted. Brian was exceptional during this time. I booked a service appointment on July 5, 2025 due to a recall from Ford for my Bronco to be done on August 2, 2025 and 5 minutes before my appointment which I was almost there they called me saying service cannot be done because they don’t have the parts to serve the recall. Almost 1 month in advance I booked this appointment to receive a phone call full of excuses 5 minutes before the service appointment to canceled . Absolutely terrible service at Coastal Ford Burnaby. What’s the point of booking appointments a week in advance if they can’t honour them? I had a confirmed appointment booked one week in advance (July 22, 2025 at 10 AM) for an oil change and service on my 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty. I dropped off the truck on time, only to be told — in a rude and dismissive manner — that it would “take time” and asked bluntly if I still wanted to go ahead.
