I had a water leak issue with my Ford Escape and brought it to Coastal Ford Burnaby. Dave Cook and the team were very professional and helpful throughout the process. I asked them to take their time and fix it properly, and they did exactly that. The issue was diagnosed and repaired, and everything was tested before returning the vehicle. Had a great experience at Coastal Ford Burnaby. Varrel and his manager, Chris, were both excellent to deal with. They gave me an awesome deal on a 2021 Mustang and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Also a big thank you to Britney in finance, who was wonderful to work with and made the paperwork side of things a breeze. It’s rare to find a dealership team that actually looks out for their customers and makes you feel like more than just a number. If you're looking for a Ford, definitely go see this team!
