I had a great experience buying a Ford Maverick with Shaye and Tim. I felt like I was treated more like a friend/family than a customer. Amazing I would recommend them to my friends and family when looking for a truck.
From the moment we stepped in the door to the time we drove off the lot, the staff here were great. We only went to look at trucks and colours in person. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and didn't expect to get much help. Apparently their flat bed truck driver does not know how to actually drive (technically park ) ironic coming from a car/truck dealership. Simultaneously blocking a bus stop and narrowing the turning lane. This is After curbing the passenger side wheels on a poor turn. But still had the courage of parking in an improper and generally unsafe non location just to close the gate. The driver then proceeding to do another poor right turn that was so bad you would hope that a learners “L” was stuck on back of the truck.
Though I ended up choosing a different vehicle, it was an absolute pleasure working with John. He’s a seasoned expert with a great sense of humour, and overall amazing energy. I would not hesitate to return to Ford to do business with John
I bought my truck from Coastal Ford a few years ago (Lorenz was absolutely amazing!) and recently needed help with understanding my extended warranty. It was a minor concern, but Janette was so kind and responsive over phone and email, that it warranted a huge thank you. Thank you to the Service Manager as well!
