Dr Menendez is a very through. Office staff is very courteous. The office does not make you wait. Your appointment times are met. If it is a10 am appointment you are seen at that scheduled time.
Mark Menendez has been my doctor for years...he has been the ONLY doctor willing to fight for me and wait out the problem I am having with my ankle.....after many phases of issues, we are now showing great progress. This man is a TRUE professional that listens to his patients to implement a plan for success..... I would and have recommended him to many people who have taken him as their care provider.... Hi all, My experience with Dr. Mendendez this past Thursday was exceptional. I accompanied a patient to their appointment. The receptionist greeted us just as we walked in the door with a smile. We checked in. Her phone kept ringing. The waiting room was full. (That's always a good sign). We did not have to wait long and the receptionist was very friendly as she guided us to the exam room. Dr. Menendez successfully treated a stubborn case of athletes foot that I had aquired, I believe, about a year or slightly more ago. He was an excellent podiatrist, and treated the problem successfully. More than that, he was a clinician who professionally and compassionately cared that I understood that this stubborn issue was treatable. We were even able to exchange a bit of conversation about our common mixed race background and culture. I would highly recommend Dr. Menendez as a podiatrist.
