I love this gym! Brandee and her coaches are the best! The staff is great and the workouts are awesome! You will find that CFT fits your needs at whatever fitness level you are. It is more than just a gym! The support you get from your peers and coaches is amazing! This is the only thing that has kept me consistent.
I absolutely love this gym! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are knowledgeable, help with form & modifications (which I need). I like that I can just show up and not have to think about/plan my workout.

Highly recommend this place! I joined this gym for a challenge a year ago and have never left! This is not your ordinary gym...it provides so much more. I not only have seen improvements in my strength, endurance and overall fitness, but the supportive community atmosphere is like none other. I cannot express enough how wonderful this women’s gym is! The childcare service is exceptional; my children are truly cherished and well-cared-for, allowing me to focus on my workouts.
