I love CFT!! I have been a member for 8 months now and I'm so glad I joined. I have never been consistent with working out, but with this gym, their classes and the support of the coaches it is exactly what I needed. My little home away from home. I know those new girl on the block jitters walking into a new box for the first time, but I promise those feelings will quickly dissipate after that first FREE WEEK TRIAL!! This gym is our gem in this area, and we can’t wait to meet you!!
CFT is the place to be. It is a gym full of women that are like family. Everyone is so encouraging and motivating. They offer a 5 day free trial childcare too! I have been a member of CFT for 8 years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Coastal Fitness Training has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come everyday and thrive. The coaches and members are all about helping you reach your goals and teaching you the best way for YOU to do an exercise. I have never felt healthier or stronger than I do now thanks to this community. The childcare area is very clean and has an attendant that strives to keep the kids entertained and happy while you workout. 5 out of 5.
