This is the best gym I have ever joined. I'm never bored with the workouts, the coaches are amazing... and it's all women! I feel comfortable which has improved my performance and strength! Just try one class! I bet you will like it!
Love, love, love Coastal!! It's one of my favorite places. It's the place to work on your body, but more importantly, it's great for your mind and your soul. I love that it's just women and the workouts can be modified for your level of fitness. Give it a try, you'll never regret it. 😊

The place for women's fitness!! All shapes, sizes, ages are welcomed and feel comfortable working out. Awesome, caring coaches. Classes and personal training, highly recommended!
Great place. Fun classes that can be modified to your fitness level. Never the same class twice. Immaculate. Supportive, informative staff. Love that it is all woman!
