You will not find a more qualified and caring person to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Tanya’s programs are not “one size fits all”. She spends the time to understand your individual goals and physical limitations and designs programs to help you achieve results.
Grateful to Tanya at Coastal Fitness and Correction. She listened to my fitness goals and created a progressive plan to accomplish them. It did not take as long as I expected. She is also fun to be around.
Tanya vastly improved my quality of life. As a competitive athlete I have accumulated many injuries, and along the way I found myself plagued with knee pain. I sought answers from orthopedic doctors and physical therapists, and found no help or improvement. Just two months with Tanya and I have yet to have knee pain since. She is professional, kind, and most of all - knowledgeable. I recommend her to everyone I know.
