Place is ran like a prison. 85% of the plant employees are from the prison work release center! The owner takes pride in hiring pedophiles! He believes they deserve a second chance like everybody else! Horrible management the place is full of racism at the top level, there is a rule unwritten that no women are to be hired especially black women!
