I was referred here by my OB/GYN after 2 and a half years of infertility. I cried and felt hopeless after my first appointment—not because of why I was there, I had already come to terms with that before the appointment—but because the doctor was very matter-of-fact and did not seem to care about me personally (I will not name names when sharing a negative experience with a doctor to protect their reputation). Poor experience. Im a physician, so I know how a medical clinic is supposed to function. The way this place runs is really sub-par. We had an SA and didnt get results for weeks. Its impossible to get anybody on the phone for anything. The staff just passes you around on phones and nobody does anything to help you. Finally after weeks of trying to get a hold of somebody in lexington, I was able to reach somebody in the Mt. pleasant office who was able to help me. These folks have been horrible in every way possible during this process. From giving my wife attitude to continuing to bill us after we moved to different clininc, horrible communication, etc. This process is hard enough without dealing with these people.
Save your time and money. They are incompetent and money hungry, and I only had 1 consultation with them to figure all this out.
