Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful! There was never a wait at the office, they’re very thorough and with you every step of the way! My husband and I were so pleased with our whole experience and now, thanks to this clinic and Dr. Schnorr, we are 8.5 weeks pregnant after multiple miscarriages.
Worst medical fertility center ever . Do not waste you time and money in this center . They just think of money and nothing else . You almost never see the doctors and have to deal with nurses online . They are not helpful at all . Whenever you need them they are even not available or not willing to help .
I feel led to leave a positive review after having a bad experience with a different clinic over a year ago for our IUI treatments. Alonna at the Lexington office is seriously top tier. I am in the process of my first IVF cycle and will be doing my egg retrieval tomorrow at the Mt Pleasant office. I didn’t feel alone at all with Alonna there to guide me and support me and answer my questions. When my meds arrived at my house, it felt daunting but she guided me through it all. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and informative. They were very upfront. About fertility statistics and explanations of the procedures. My husband and I had been trying for almost two years and Coastal helped us get pregnant with our beautiful daughter!
My husband and I couldn't have been any more happy with our IVF experience thru Coastal. The nurses, the staff, and all the Dr's we have seen thru this journey have exceeded our expectations. Our Dr was Dr. McLaughlin and she has been an angel sent for our little family. I couldn't imagine going thru any other clinic. 5/5 stars but I'd give her a solid 10 out of 10!
