Poor experience. Im a physician, so I know how a medical clinic is supposed to function. The way this place runs is really sub-par. We had an SA and didnt get results for weeks. Its impossible to get anybody on the phone for anything. The staff just passes you around on phones and nobody does anything to help you. Finally after weeks of trying to get a hold of somebody in lexington, I was able to reach somebody in the Mt. pleasant office who was able to help me. These folks have been horrible in every way possible during this process. From giving my wife attitude to continuing to bill us after we moved to different clininc, horrible communication, etc. This process is hard enough without dealing with these people.
Save your time and money. They are incompetent and money hungry, and I only had 1 consultation with them to figure all this out.
I love coastal Fertility!! The team there is very sweet and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Any questions I had they always answered them right away! When I graduated the clinic I was sad in a way because they become like family!! When I got pregnant doing ivf they want pictures and updates about the baby! 🩷
Dr. Schnorr and his staff are so professional, honest, timely, personable and just all around amazing people. My Husband and I could not have asked for a better fertility experience. We are anticipating our little girl this year. We couldn’t be more thankful for Coastal Fertility!
