My review is strictly for my nurse, Neely Sheppard at the Myrtle Beach office. She was a HUGE support for me during my time with CFS. She was so kind, warm and understanding when things didn’t go how we hoped and was my biggest cheerleader when they did. She made herself available outside business hours (I tried not to abuse that). But just knowing she was there made all the difference!!
Dr. Heather Cook at Coastal Fertility prescribed me the wrong medication - for months. This was not the only issue we had here, but it wraps up our experience nicely. I was erroneously prescribed a medication used to treat OCD (clomipramine), rather than a hormone modulator (clomiphene citrate). They didn't realize this error for 3 months. This has caused me many health issues that are ongoing.
