I bought a Harmon pellet stove 4 months ago. It broke nearly 2 weeks ago as weather was really getting cold. The first they could get a repairman out was today. He called me last week and made an appointment for mid-morning today. So I took the day off from work to be here for him. With no notification, he changed it to somewhere in the first week of February with no regard that it's cold and that's our heating supply. If You get your stove here and it breaks, you're out of luck. Hope you have some Coats.
