We bought a Woodstove/fireplace from Coastal on Lancaster Salem Oregon. We needed some extra chimney parts, and in a hurry, before the rain hit. We worked with Hector who worked over and above our expectations. He contacted the manufacturer, who custom made our parts. Hector picked them up before the store opened. They were ready the next day. So we were ready to burn before the storm came in that evening. John from Scotts Mills, Oregon.
