Got sick, went there. Great people. From the ladies up front to the Docs in the back. Its a great place to go if youre sick. They take care of you!

I have dealt regularly with this facility for just over a year now. I have had a few issues, with the receptionists being rude, but the nurse practitioner I have been seeing has been wonderful! She works with me, she listens to my problems, and moves forward accordingly. And the lab tech has also been a joy to work with as well. Ive even had insurance issues, and theyve resubmitted their invoices per my request. I have no problem with this facility, except that is way out in the middle of no where!
This office is unorganized, rude and is not a family oriented atmosphere. Does not explain policies correctly, continuely making mistakes on RXs and messages. Dr. is rude, to the point of hanging up on patients and not listening to patients. Since Dr. Tucker has passed this facility is a run down place. Dr. Tucker would never have put up with the practices that are going on there now.
