This place really came through for me. I lost my Rx glasses in the ocean after 10 min of being at the beach. I called them and got an appointment the next day. They were able to get me fitted for new frames in less than an hour! They were very accommodating to my situation and very helpful! Very highly recommended!
Dr. Willis and his staff too excellent care of me, deftly handling a long overdue minor surgery while accommodating my tight schedule. Thank you for the great service.
Life savers!!! I lost my glasses in the ocean while visitng here on vacation. I had called around to another specialist that recommended Coastal Eyes. When I called Coastal Eyes they had already known about my situation, and couldn't be more helpful for a last minute situation. They stayed late to give me an eye exam and fit me with a new pair of glasses all within an hour!! Truly amazing!!!
While vacationing in OBX, the ocean took my glasses. Even though Coastal Eyes was fully booked and unable to see me, Denise was amazing and helped recommend other optometrists in the area and I was able to get an updated prescription and a new pair of glasses in less than 24 hours. Absolutely amazing!
My son had something in his eye and these folks fit us in for an emergency. My son had never been to see an optometrist before, he really didn't want to go. Dr Willis is a super cool guy. He takes his time and was genuinely friendly and kind to my son. My son had a really good experience and said as soon as we left the office " I give them a 1000 star review!! " He actually had a good time which is pretty funny.
